If any item is found defective, or not as described, we will do everything in our power to either make it right, or, at the customer's discretion, provide a full refund, including original shipping costs, upon return receipt of the item. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Currently we are accepting most major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay! We ship to both domestic and international customers. Shipping is default USPS First Class, but customers can choose the delivery service option that works best for you, with tracking numbers provided for each order. Please note: Due to the reverse bend we use in order to provide a deep carry alternative clip for our customers, many of our clips use just two mounting holes, even if the factory clip used three holes. You will find that our two hole version attaches just as securely as the original three hole clip. All of our products are offered as customer installed "DIY kits". Please do not send us your knives. We make every effort to ensure both the clips and any provided hardware (screws, drivers, etc) shipped with your clip are correctly sized for your model knife. However, there are unavoidable variations in hardware found on knives, sometimes within the same model, from the same manufacturer. Therefore Pops Custom Clips cannot be responsible for damages caused to a customer's knife as a result of improperly installing our provided screws. If a screw does not appear to turn easily, please stop and do not attempt to force them. Doing so may damage your knife. If you are experiencing problems, please contact us so we can determine what options exist to make everything work as it should. If no acceptable remedies are available, please refer to our Refund Policy. If you do not feel qualified to install these products on your knife, please contact a local knife dealer or technician to assist you. Please do not mail your knife to us, as we cannot accept them due to the liability if somehow, beyond our control, the item is lost in the mail.
