mail. The 1950s boat ramp provides shallow access with a sandy bottom for your canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, windsurfers, and water toys. Larger boats can launch at public or neighborhood ramps and tie up off the end of our dock.    The Clear Gulf Waters is great for swimming, floating, and snorkeling. You can see fish, sponges, crabs, shells, starfish, and an occasional manatee or dolphin. The pier and deck on the water is the best place to watch for panoramic sunsets and the elusive green flash. Bring bread to feed the seagulls and fish. Mature native trees and flowers provide garden areas for birds and butterflies. Over 100 coconut palms shade the property with a shuffleboard court and basketball hoop. Other outdoor game equipment is available for your use.
