About Our Company Jon has 22 years of technology and data analytics experience including 9 years at Oracle and 10 years as a technology entrepreneur. In 2006, Jon founded Finish Line Solutions which was acquired in 2010. Finish Line helped large system integrators capture and deliver government projects in Medicaid, Unemployment Insurance, Child Support Enforcement, and other federal and state programs. Jon is a frequent speaker at Unemployment, Medicaid, and Welfare events and conferences, in addition to multiple presentations at Google’s Innovation for the Nation. Jon holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Master of Business Administration from New York University, and a LEAD Certificate in Corporate Innovation from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Mark joined Pondera from Serent Capital, which made an investment in Pondera in June, 2017. After working with the Pondera team throughout the investment process, Mark became passionate about the company’s people and mission and seized the opportunity to join Pondera full-time. As a member of Serent's Growth Team, Mark focused on driving measurable improvements in operational performance, revenue acceleration, and earnings velocity at Serent’s portfolio companies. Prior to Serent, Mark was the CFO at Performance Team and held several general management positions at The Wonderful Company, the holding company for brands like POM Wonderful, Telefora, and Fiji Water. He also worked at Bain & Company in Boston. Mark received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri. Sharie Kirsch, Senior Vice President of Business Development Sharie Kirsch came to Pondera Solutions from CGI Technologies and Solutions Inc., where she worked for 19 years. As a vice president at CGI, Sharie led business development, contract negotiations, and partner and vendor relations in the state and local government markets. Sharie earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from James Madison University in Virginia. Tim has 25 years of public sector sales leadership experience, including executive positions at Oracle, SAP and Salesforce. He was an early pioneer for software as a service (SaaS) in the public sector at Salesforce, where he led their state & local government team to more than 1000 percent growth over 6 years.
