The process (or performance) of making a customized Ice Rolls begins with pouring base flavored liquid onto an ice cold metal surface. As the liquid freezes into a creamy texture, our staff will chop, mush, prod with your favorite choice of mix-ins, and spread thinly across the cold surface. The ice cream then gets rolled up with a metal spatula and placed in a cup and covered with your choice of toppings, fresh fruits, drizzle, and whip cream.
