Point Residential LLC was started in April of 2005 by Nathan Dutcher. A Contractor's apprentice to his Father since he was a child.  He worked for a small General Contractor in Upstate NY, started at the age of 15. That year a huge tornado ripped through a small town named Mechanicville and he witnessed first hand the damage that could occur with a strong storm. Houses were virtually torn in half and it was Nathan's job to put them back together. This experience sparked his enthusiasm for the construction field. Nathan has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all facets of Commercial and Residential construction. He has also taken many courses on the subject Business Management and Business Ethics. As a student of John Sykes School of Business at The University of Tampa, he learned fundamental concepts of running a business efficiently. As a result, he can stay up to date with current trends effortlessly. Nathan Dutcher is a Florida State Certified General Contractor that also does Home Inspections in the Tampa Bay Area.
