Home – Welcome to Plunkett Solutions I am an independent senior proposal writer, recruiter, hiring manager, business analyst and IT professional with more than a decade of experience managing and writing proposals that have resulted in tens of millions of dollars in new business.  I also bring more than two decades of IT solution delivery experience, which provides a deeper level of insight for staffing and proposal requirements. In most recent years, I have been responsible for the production, quality oversight and content of more than three hundred (300) proposals per year.  Additionally, I have architected the proposal solutions that have empowered public and private sector staffing and technology organizations to produce winning proposals. I have also successfully recruited for IT roles throughout North America and have been on all sides of the staffing fence – as the client hiring manager, recruiter and client manager (the 720 desk view).  During my time in Healthcare, I have screened countless submissions from small “boutique recruitment shops” to large, well-established staffing agencies and I have learned exactly what the health service providers look for in a strong candidate.
