In most cases, people won't meet their home inspector until the inspection appointment has been set up & paid for. PHI provides the client with more than a quick "in and out" inspection, I do my best to educate you on the home’s condition and give you maintenance tips for repairs and upkeep. Most inspections take anywhere from 2-1/2 - 4 hours depending on the size of the home. Reports are usually delivered within 24-36 hrs. on average (depending on breadth/Scope/Size of the Home) from the time the physical inspection is completed.
