We will be there to help advise you on your choices although each of the storyboard palettes are especially chosen to reflect the latest trends in colors and materials in home design so your home will not be outdated for years to come. He comes from a family with roots deeply entrenched in the Gainesville building industry. His mild manner, knowledge and confidence puts you at ease the moment you meet him. He knows his stuff and it shows! Originally a Master Electrician, Gary opened his own electrical contracting company back in the eighties. Those who worked with Gary learned quickly that he demanded high quality workmanship from himself and anyone who worked for him. His attention to detail created a high demand for his services. In the nineties, Gary expanded and created Pleiman Development. He began building homes and developing raw land into thriving residential communities. Over the next twenty years Gary designed and built a range of homes for satisfied clients. From large custom homes in some of Gainesville’s finest neighbourhoods to homes designed with young buyers and /or the empty nester in mind. With each home he exemplified his dream, that a home should be as functional as it is beautiful. However, Gary’s roots are firmly entrenched in Florida and he returned to Gainesville in 2012. He is licensed as a Residential Building Contractor – his license number is CRC1331050. Gary is also licensed as a real estate sales associate with Watson Realty Corp.
