Shows Construction is a custom home building company located in Pensacola, Florida and the only source you need for the planning and construction of your next home.  We build in Escambia and Santa Rosa counties in Florida and in Baldwin County in Alabama.  We are an experienced and quality driven custom builder that welcomes the unique challenges present in a one of a kind home. We are experts in the areas of Coastal Building, Wood Frame Construction, Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF), Block Construction, Piling Construction, and Energy Efficient Building techniques.   We deal honestly and directly with our clients in a friendly and professional manner.  We are experienced in building for clients who live out of town during construction and we have a list of references we are happy to provide. As a custom homebuilder, each of our projects are unique as we build to the plans and specifications of our clients.   We are experts in the custom homebuilding process and appreciate the opportunity to assist & advise "potential" clients as they make decisions about their future home.   Luke holds a bachelors degree in Business Management (1989) from Harding University and an MBA with a concentration in Construction Management (1999) from Auburn University. He has served as President of the Homebuilders Association of Northwest Florida and serves as Treasurer of his church.  Luke has also earned designations of Certified Graduate Builder and Certified Green Professional though the National Association of Homebuilders. Luke & Joelle Shows have been married since 1990 after they both graduated from Harding University.  Joelle who holds a degree in Marketing (1989) works with the company in the role of Selection Coordinator where she coordinates with clients and suppliers to help make selecting the home's finishes a smooth process.
