As senior leader of PlaneTechs, Tom oversees all areas of business operations including finance, business development, client service, recruiting, and technology. Prior to being promoted to his current role, he served as Vice President of Field Sales of Centerline drivers, a TrueBlue sister company that provides fully-outsourced professional CDL drivers for the transportation and distribution industries. Before that, Tom served as Regional Manager for Spartan Staffing and Vice President of Atkell Temps. Both are leading providers of staffing services to the light industrial industry. His sales, operations, and account management acumen helped transform both organizations and led to consistent double-digit growth and profitability. Tom is a graduate of SUNY Brockport, with concentrations in Business Administration and Management. He is passionate about aviation and is an active certified MEI flight instructor. Director of Business Development Mike leads an account management team responsible for strategic planning, sales leadership and customer relationship management. His team serves many of the largest and most respected aviation MROs and manufacturers in the country, ensuring we provide customized workforce management solutions and the most skilled technicians available to meet their production needs. Mike is an industry veteran, starting his career with AirMate in 1996. In 2002, he joined PlaneTechs after AirMate was acquired. He brings a deep understanding of industrial staffing and the full life-cycle of aviation maintenance. Mike is a graduate of Trinity International University, earning a BA in Accounting and Business Management. Susan has spent her entire career in aviation and holds an FAA Aircraft Dispatch License.  Susan started with PlaneTechs as Client Services Manager and quickly rose the ranks to become our Director of Communications where she oversees PlaneTechs and TransTechs’ marketing and communications.  She comes from a large family of aviation enthusiasts and has held various roles in Aviation Dispatch, Business Development, Sales and Marketing.  Dan leads the PlaneTechs recruiting team responsible for connecting mechanics and technicians with work. PlaneTechs recruiters specialize in connecting aviation technicians to employment opportunities in the MRO, Manufacturing and Military segments across the U.S. Dan also leads our PlaneTechs Working Heroes program,  focused on connecting U.S. Military Veterans with aviation employment across all aviation industries. Dan has been with PlaneTechs since 2008, starting as a recruiter, maintaining great relationships with our Technicians throughout his career. Dan is a graduate of the University of Iowa, earning a B.A. in Communications.  He is the proud father of young twins and a die-hard White Sox fan. As Director of TransTechs (the ground division of PlaneTechs), Paul leads our team of highly specialized Transportation Recruiters as well as our Account Management Team responsible for delivering industry leading customer service and support. He also works closely with our Compliance and Payroll teams to ensure 100% completion of all client requirements. He brings about 15 years of sales and management experience to this division. Before accepting the promotion to Director of TransTechs, Paul led two market divisions of TrueBlue in the Midwest in charge of recruiting, sales, and operations for a multi-state territory with those divisions consolidated into what it now known as PeopleReady.  Paul’s main passion lies with coaching and developing high performing teams and helping those around him realize their potential.
