PKL Ventures, LLC is a real estate development firm focused on investing in real estate programs that require extensive construction, land use, and legal expertise throughout the United States. PKL primarily develops properties in the urban core of high growth markets throughout Florida. The company’s leadership has extensive investment, development, and construction expertise. Kent Lorenz founded PKL Ventures, LLC in October, 2016. Kent oversees all acquisitions and investments as well as leading all land use and development initiatives. Prior to founding PKL Ventures, Kent was the Director of Finance and Development at A/Z Corporation where he was responsible for program and project specific financial performance. In 2015, Kent worked as an Analyst at Atlas Capital Group where he was responsible for underwriting and providing development / market research for various redevelopment programs located in New York City. In 2014, Kent worked as a Principal Investment Analyst at C-III Capital Partners where he supported the acquisition team’s efforts to purchase CMBS notes and REO properties out of the company’s special servicing operations with the fund’s joint venture partners. Kent earned a M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. PKL Ventures, LLC
