We’re a family owned business and focus on helping homeowners find solutions for their problem properties whether they’re going through a foreclosure, can’t sell their property, or just need to sell their house for all kinds of reasons. Between 1977 and 2011, our family owned and operated company has purchased over 300 single-family homes in Detroit, Dallas, and the greater Gainesville Area. Gainesville has been our base since 1992, with our main office located right off Main Street. Our company, which currently owns over 150 properties, is managed by our full time staff and we are always evaluating new properties to add to our portfolio. We buy and sell homes both conventionally and with out-of-the-box methods such as rent-to-own and owner financing. Due to stricter lending standards and increased difficulty for potential buyers to secure mortgages, approximately 9 of our last 10 properties have been sold using alternative financing methods.
