Pintera Corp was founded in 2014 for the purpose of helping and motivating individuals to reach their true potential through coaching, advising, and public speaking engagements.  Our priority is to promote long-term sustainable success whether you are an individual client looking for one-on-one guidance and coaching or an organization looking to motivate your people.​ Jennifer is a Talent Management professional with over 14 years of global, spirits industry experience. Throughout those years, Jennifer forged strong partnerships with the business and HR Leads to transform the culture and implement new processes and systems to include a learning management system, performance management process, talent review/succession planning process, career management, competency model, and numerous talent development initiatives. She has facilitated hundreds of sessions ranging from business planning to team building to coaching for managers and has presented to groups of over 600 people. In 2010, as Change Lead for a global spirits company, Jennifer partnered with IT, Finance and Operations Leadership as well as external consultants (Deloitte) on transitioning the U.S. market from its existing legacy system to SAP. Jennifer has an MBA from Florida International University, a B.S. in Human Resources Management from Florida Atlantic University and an Organization Development Certificate from the NTL Institute.
