Pinellas Park Computers is one of the most professional computer services company I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. One of the best experiences working with a professional services company. Highly recommended. This is a small, personal company and the service is wonderful. You can bring your computer in or they come to your home. Ameet explained what happened and how to prevent it happening again. I feel he went above what he said he would do and the price was reasonable. I recommend them without reservation. Really saved us! Pinellas Park Computers was friendly and inviting from the moment we arrived. Enjoyed talking with their techs. My daughter’s hard drive for school was unreadable. Even though we have an extended warrantee that would replace the unit, she needed the files on it and couldn’t wait the week + another store had offered. We went to Pinellas Park Computers the afternoon before Thanksgiving. They immediately checked the unit and started the process to retrieve the files. It was done that evening, but we had missed an important file. So that night, actually closing time, they started the process again and we picked it up first thing Friday morning. All the files were retrieved! Thank you so much! I recommend them to everyone. Ameet and Chris went out of their way to fix my pc. I had been ripped off by another pc repair company but Ameet assured me his company is different.Trust was a big issue for me but these guys have proven themselves to me. Amazing service! I was having troubles with viruses with my laptop and called them up. Turns out I eight major trojan viruses! They were able to clean my computer and now it’s running more efficiently and better than ever! I’m telling you if you need your desktop or laptop or anything fixed call them don’t think about it call them. I brought my laptop to get fixed at Pinellas Park Computers and found the service to be considerate of my time and property. I had my laptop returned to me within a day with it working better than it has before. There have been no issues since. I also learned more about my computer and its features from a knowledgeable representative with web and computer experience. I had a laptop that had a nasty virus, and already had 1 other local IT company “fix” the computer”. Obviously, they did not fix it, so I searched here on YELP and thought I would try Pinellas Park Computers. Boy, am i glad I did. He was fast, friendly, competitively priced, and he actually fixed my laptop. I was so happy with his fast work, I had him optimize 2 other computers too! If you want good service, call them! I opened a new business and called all over town, they happened to be the quickest and most affordable price I had received. They had my office up and running in less than a week and even did my phones. I would recommend Pinellas Park Computers for any small business on a budget that still wants quality work done. Thank you guys once again for your great service! This was my first time using a business off this app. I will admit, at first I was very sceptical, but decided to try it anyway. I was very impressed with the service I received. I would suggest this place to anyone that may need help. P.S. do not let the location deter you from their business. I originally made an appointment with another local company and they no showed on a Saturday. I was able to secure an appointment the very next day. Ameet was prompt, efficient, and even helped us secure two subsequent appointments to have additional work done within our home. He coordinated one of his team members to clean up our disgraceful wiring issues by securing everything neatly within a hung closet and also set the appointment and supervised bright house’s technician to ensure our new echo system was working seamlessly throughout the house. Sadly it’s sometimes rare in Florida to find a company with both integrity AND initiative and to be honest, he helped us in areas we didn’t even know we needed. Kudos to him and his team for always following through with their promises and not overcharging. It so easy to rack up a obscene bill with IT issues and I can say without a doubt he was more than fair. Definitely more interested in word of mouth and satisfied customers than a high price point. Which is why after 5 years of using yelp, I’m leaving my first review. Thanks again! Everything works great. My computer is fast and customer contact’s have been restored.
