Please Upon graduation, Allison completed a Post Graduate Year One Pharmacy Residency with Kaleida Health at the Women and Children’s Hospital of Buffalo, where she was trained in all aspects of a pharmacist’s role in caring for the high-risk pediatric patient population. She was brought on as a staff pharmacist with Kaleida Health after the completion of her residency program. During her time at Children’s, she was responsible for the oversight of the aseptic compounding areas, ensuring the highest quality sterile drug products were provided to Western New York’s tiniest patients. Allison continues to strive for pharmaceutical excellence in the supervision of the production process at Pine Pharmaceuticals, maintaining strict adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices and delivering the best possible product to our clients. Joette DiPerna, Production Pharmacist at Pine Pharmaceuticals, is a 2008 graduate of University at Buffalo School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. She has worked at Pine Pharmaceuticals since 2015. with a BS in Communication and while also lettering in football each year. Currently he serves as the Director of Customer Relations and Business Development for Pine Pharmaceuticals. In this role Doug is responsible for building customer loyalty, strengthening the Pine Pharmaceuticals brand, managing sales activities and ensuring that all clients have a positive experience when interacting with the company. Previously, Doug spent four years in North Carolina working as an Event Manager at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex before returning to Western New York. In 2004, he joined Health System Services and served as Director of Marketing & Public Relations until joining Pine Pharmaceuticals in May 2014. Pine Pharmaceuticals Technicians shall be required to perform all necessary activities to provide the highest quality sterile drug products to our customers in a timely manner, including but not limited to the following: The preparation of Batch Production Records The compounding of sterile products The labeling, packaging, and proper storage of completed products Read and follow all Pine Pharmaceuticals Standard Operating Procedures pertaining to sterile processing. Identification of any Raw Material that does not meet the quality requirements Pine Pharmaceuticals. Fill orders using Approved product. Pine Pharmaceuticals Distribution Technicians shall be required to perform all necessary activities to provide the highest quality drug products to our customers in a timely and accurate manner, including but not limited to the following, under the lead of the Head Distribution Technician: Identify and reject any Raw Material that does not meet the quality requirements of Pine Pharmaceuticals. Fill orders using Approved product according to assigned lot number. Pine Pharmaceuticals Customer Support Team shall be required to perform all necessary activities to provide the highest level of service both internally and externally in a timely manner. Duties including but not limited to the following: Pine Pharmaceuticals Technicians shall be required to perform all necessary activities to provide the highest quality sterile drug products to our customers in a timely manner, including but not limited to the following: Label, package, and ensure proper storage of completed products according to cGMP. Read and follow all Pine Pharmaceuticals Standard Operating Procedures pertaining to job function. Maintain understanding of all updates to all SOPs. Ensure product appearance meets all required specifications. Train as needed for new products.
