Jim has over 25 years experience in the pest control industry.  Jim is certified annually through the Florida Department of Agriculture, Pest Control Division.  His five state licenses cover General Household Pest and Rodent Control, Lawn and Ornamental, Fumigation, Termite and Other WDO (Wood Destroying Organisms) Control, and Fertilization, allowing Pine Island Pest Control to offer the widest spectrum of expert services to its customers. Kristina is the cheerful voice on the phone of Pine Island Pest Control, but she is, more importantly, the gears that make the operation run smoothly.   She is our records department, scheduling department,  billing department, compliment and complaint department, and customer relation department.  Kristina also takes training in pest control identification and treatment, and participates in Continuing Education toward licensure.  Kristina's background is in scheduling for the busy medical field, and she and her fiance live in Cape Coral. Chuck is the tree and lawn specialist member of our Pine Island Pest Control team.  Chuck heads up the Annual Lawn Management program, coordinating a specialized program for individual lawn needs, from insecticiding to fertilizing to diagnostics.  Chuck is knowledgeable of tropical and ornamental trees and works with our customers with fertilization, injection, and pest control to keep them healthy and beautiful.   Chuck and his wife, Susan, are recent residents of Pine Island.  He also works with interior and exterior pest control, herbiciding, and shrubs.  Rob has a varied background and has lived widely throughout the US from the southern Keys to the far north - Alaska!  He and his family now live in beautiful St James City. Rob is a great all-around pest control expert and knowledgeable in all areas of the business.  He brings his great salesmanship, knowledge, and skills to Pine Island Pest Control.  We are happy to have great Part-Time Staffers to our company!  These well-trained part time staff enable Pine Island Pest Control to grow in flexibility as our seasonal residents have greater needs in certain times of the year, and also to respond better in times of periodic infestation. We have added retired Robert "Bob" Soffe to our team.  Bob was looking to add some interest and structure to his retirement-in-paradise and his abilities and flexibility made him a great fit!  Our other part-timer is at the opposite end of the spectrum - college student Andrew Chedester. Andrew is a student at Southwestern Florida State College and finds the flexible schedule and physical work a good match for his life.  His youth, energy, and strength is an asset for the firm!   Rounding out our group is part-time bookkeeper and website manager, Susan McGuire.
