Matt Pierce established Pierce Property Services, Inc with the conviction that a business’ success depends on the quality of its relationships. He was certain that property managers and owners wanted a vendor they could count on to be responsive to their needs, responsible to get the job done right, and would do it at a fair price. Matt also believed that forming a solid team of professionals with a passion for their customers would be at the core of our success. The Pierce Property Services team is passionate about our customers. We are committed to safety first so you can be at ease while we work on your building. We believe communication throughout your project, from proposal to feedback after the job is done, is critical in our relationship with you. Our purpose is not only to do the work ordered, but be your “eyes” while we are on the outside of your building to spot potential issues on your property and reporting them to you as we see them. The Pierce Property Services team actively participates in key industry associations, like IWCA, PWNA, & IREM-Boston, so that we maintain the most current knowledge of safety practices, government regulation, product knowledge and best practices in the industry. Matt served on the Board of Directors of the International Window Cleaners Association for multiple years. Matt currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Power Washers of North America. Our goal is to always bring you the safest, most efficient, most reliable service possible for your properties. Matt Pierce began his career as entrepreneur and businessman after studying business management at Northeastern University. Right out of college, Matt partnered with his father to build the largest store front and residential window cleaning franchise in the USA. It was there he discovered his passion for customer service and building an organization. Seizing a strategic opportunity in the commercial window cleaning market, Matt launched PIERCE Property Services in 2013. During the last 10 years, Matt has had the privilege to serve on the executive board for the International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA) as well as the board for the Power Washers of North America (PWNA). In his spare time Matt enjoys playing golf, tennis and spending time with the family. Erik Simard graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of Vermont in 1994. He has over 20 years of experience working in the janitorial services industry specializing in operations. Prior to his arrival at PIERCE, Erik was Vice President at a janitorial and building maintenance company with over 200 employees in Boston for 15 years. In 2007, he served as the President of CAI-NE, where he still chairs the Conference and EXPO committee. Erik’s no-nonsense approach to operations and customer service is what makes him a perfect fit at PIERCE. He lives in Melrose with his wife and two daughters. Kyle Pierce, Business Development Manager Kyle Pierce has over 10 years of experience in the window cleaning and exterior building envelope maintenance industry. Kyle gained hands-on experience as a technician and supervisor at the largest store front and residential window cleaning franchise in the USA. As PIERCE’s Business Development Manager, Kyle draws on his experience to provide detailed, accurate, and timely customer proposals. He is active in IREM, BOMA, RHA and CAI. Kyle received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Wheelock College in Boston, and excelled as a student athlete as captain of the varsity basketball team. Kyle lives in the Boston Area and enjoys coaching youth basketball and traveling. Mike Villars has over 40 years of experience in management and sales. Prior to joining PIERCE, Mike served as a commissioned officer in the US Army and also worked in the recreation and advertising industries. Mike’s business experience and strong organizational skills are strengths that uniquely qualify him as General Manager at PIERCE. His education includes a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. Mike lives in Londonderry, NH with his wife Debbie. He has three children and loves time with the family, skiing, golf and home improvement.
