Randy G. Pickering is both an alumnus of Black Hawk College, where he completed his AA degree, and Western Illinois University, where he earned an ASE/BA degree in Business and Education. Randy has served as President of the San Diego Association of Health Underwriters and is currently a member of the Employee Benefit Council, the National Association of Health Underwriters, the Association of Health Insurance Agents, and the National Association of Life Underwriters. He is in his 5th year as Chairman of the Tri City Hospital Health Committee for the City of Vista. During the past 25 years Randy has facilitated and presented thousands of employee benefit meetings. Randy’s background in business and education make him a natural communicator in the employee benefit industry. Polly has been a member of Pickering Insurance Services, Inc. since 1988. Her skills as Operations Manager have resulted in an efficient and cohesively run firm. Her dedication to attention to details, coupled with the highest regard for the welfare of our clients has propelled Pickering Insurance Services, Inc. to the top of the Industry. In addition to her overall duties as Operations Manager, Polly is a licensed Insurance Agent who is directly responsible for servicing and management of many of our major Employer groups. An alumnus of Augustana College, Rock Island, Illinois, Polly earned a BA in Business Administration with a Minor in Physical Science in 1976. She is an active member of the San Diego Health Underwriters and has recently held the positions of both Executive Membership Chairman and Executive Board Secretary.
