Pick N Scout started as something fun to do as a hobby and new business venture. We love to find lost treasures and forgotten things from era’s where stuff was built from quality. Our mission is to save things from the past and keep their history alive. We look to private collectors, estates, and auctions to find quality items. Selling mainly through referrals, word of mouth, and online, we do not have the overhead to cover fixed brick and mortar expenses. This allows us to often beat prices on buying or selling collectibles, antiques, and vintage items. Our appraisers are certified as specialists in their field of study and trained though the Asheford Institute of Antiques. This includes a thorough understanding of product knowledge and methodology. In additon, our appraisers undergo (PACC) Professional Code Of Conduct training as appraisers. Pick N Scout buys and sells old, new, vintage, and antique items.
