Our company was founded in September, 2015 by Tammy E Griffin a United States Veteran with over ten years in the construction industry and Arlene P Wilson an Interior Designer with over nineteen years experience. The two partners met in 2014 while studying to take the General Contractors examination. Our combined knowledge and experience has placed us in a position to become a force to be reckoned with. A total of twenty-nine years in the Construction Industry has exposed us to several scenarios in our various fields. Over the past years Phoenix Professional Group has worked with a vast number of Residential and Commercial Clients mainly in remodeling and renovation-construction. We have gutted existing properties and converted structures into new accommodations. What makes us different is the fact that we are a “woman-minority-owned” small business, with immense integrity and experience. We are detailed orientated and abhor “short cuts”. Our clients’ safety and ultimate happiness is our number one priority. We are also a Veteran-owned small business, motivated by the training we received in the military and with a “natural eye” for attention to duties.
