The owner of Phoenix Construction Partners, Edgar Birlew, began as a laborer in commercial drywall where he learned to frame, hang and finish drywall. This growth in the field taught him the importance of quality and the understanding of how a project is built. After years in the commercial drywall industry Edgar branched out to the General Contracting side and knew there had to be a better way of building. Thus the birth of Phoenix Construction Partners. A commercial construction company built by an actual contractor to offer a better alternative.
