Phil is originally from the Midwest, growing up raising live stock, planting wheat, corn and soybeans on the family farm which was located in the central part of Illinois. Phil attended Colorado State and Western Illinois University, studied in economics with a minor in psychology and received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from W.I.U. in Macomb, IL. He entered the multi-line insurance business with the Country Companies, Inc. and after eleven years, he and his family moved to the sunshine state. Phil continued working in the insurance industry with Mutual of New York – MONY until 1979 when he became Licensed to sell Real Estate in Florida. Phil has been focused in Commercial Real Estate ever since and has a wide range of experience in site selection duties for national chains, oil companies and banks. He has represented franchisee’s for Pizza Hut, Arby's, and Perkin’s restaurants in Charlotte, Lee and Collier Counties and over the years, he has been involved locating various commercial sites throughout Southwest Florida for Park Way Federal Bank, Mobil Oil, McDonalds, Burger King, Barnett Bank, Wendy’s, Discount Auto Parts, Walgreen’s, plus several others. Currently, Phil spends his work week concentrating on the sales and leasing of commercial, medical and industrial properties in Cape Coral and Fort Myers and on the weekends, you may find him cruising around town in one of his classic cars ranging from his 1926 T-Bucket to 1956 T-Bird. Phil serves on the Board of Directors for the Cape Coral First United Methodist Church, a long standing member of the Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce and National Association of Realtors.
