EAGLE II provides IT support services in three categories referred to as Functional Categories. As a Functional Category 1 (FC1) – Service Delivery firm, Phacil provides a full range of services and solutions including system design, development, implementation and integration, software design and development, and operations and maintenance (O&M). Under FC1, these services will provide high performing, highly available, customized IT solutions, applications, databases, and processes and procedures to sustain systems within the DHS Enterprise consistent with cost, schedule, and performance objectives. A Quality Management System (QMS) is established to provide guidance and tools to ensure that products and services consistently meet customer requirements, and that quality is consistently improved. This enables close monitoring and control of the organization’s performance through the comprehensive management of documented activities. Provides a structured framework and processes for information security through an Information Security Management System (ISMS) to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of corporate assets. Phacil has a strong commitment, not only to our customers and employees, but also to the communities in which we live and work. We believe that it is part of our corporate responsibility to support and enrich local communities and our country through our involvement in charitable and philanthropic activities. Phacil is a consistent financial contributor and also an avid volunteer of time and resources to various nonprofit organizations, especially those focused on at-risk youth and the military community. We provide support to Summer Search and Immaculate Conception Academy (ICA), both of which offer educational and professional development assistance to disadvantaged children. Phacil has also supported De La Salle Academy, Don Bosco Preparatory High School, Fordham Preparatory School, San Mateo Public Library, and a Child Literacy Program at Schriever Air Force Base. Phacilians also lend a hand at the Second Harvest Food Bank.
