PGS Worldwide is a small, boutique staffing agency run by military veterans, Sean and Patrick Lindsey. We’re a Certified Veteran Enterprise (CVE) and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that works with several large aerospace and defense companies across the country. We specialize in recruiting engineers, technicians and other personnel in support of the aerospace industry and Department of Defense. Despite the size of our staffing company, we have consistently out-performed 70 other agencies for one of our major clients and are a go-to subcontractor for our other clients. How do we achieve this performance? Our recruiters are seasoned military veterans with a combined 50 years’ experience and understand the rigors of tight schedules and limited resources. We realize that not every job is a good fit for you, sometimes you do not know that until you have tried the position. If you are on an assignment and find it is not going to work for you, we will ask that you contact us immediately. You may be asked to stay at an assignment long enough for us to find a replacement, but we will attempt to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
