PetGiftz, an online retailer, manufacturer and brand preservation specialist operating on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms including their own site PetGiftz.com. Starting their company in 2013 as an online retailer- selling high-quality, mostly organic and human grade pet products sourced here in the United States. We discovered an opportunity in 2013 when consumable pet products from China were arriving tainted and ultimately resulting in serious illnesses and unfortunately death. As crazy pet parents- Josh Friedman's mom started finding local, US made products for their four standard poodles. As you may know the US pet market is very fragmented. You have hundreds of small to mid-size pet companies doing under 5 million in revenue. Fast forward to 2017 and PetGiftz has since grown into an 6 person team, that focuses on designing and producing pet products, product research, managing their 1,000 plus SKUs on all e-commerce platforms and advising companies on how to be effective when considering Amazon. Some of PetGiftz's clients include Lisa Vanderpump's pet company Vanderpump Pets, BareBites, Over the Moon Pet Products, Einstein Pet Treats, Happy hoodies to name a few. . From that we leveraged the information acquired and figured out how to regain control of the sales channel, implement safeguards to preserve brand dilution, and even help Manufacturers open and run their Amazon webstore. The PetGiftz team has been dedicated to finding the highest quality Dog products for our customers. All of our treats are natural and organic and we source all of our products from the quality vendors within the United States. Josh Friedman: Josh graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Finance and started his career in Philadelphia as a real estate analyst. His passion for animals and warm weather brought him back to South Florida to start PetGiftz and grow it into a high-end pet products distributor. Josh loves to be behind the scenes and make sure all the operations of the business are running smoothly. Josh loves to travel, spend time with his family and friends, and play sports. Josh Sokolow: After growing up in South Florida and graduating from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Marketing, Josh moved to Argentina to live and work for a year while running his business VideoLynk. Josh then moved to Indiana to pursue two graduate degrees and starting PetGiftz while in Law School.
