: Janice D. Kubinski was born and raised in Pennsylvania. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, she has been involved with real estate investments for over twenty years. She is a licensed realtor in Pennsylvania. Janice moved to the Piedmont area of North Carolina in 1985 and has obtained her North Carolina realtor's license. She has been active in the piedmont area real estate market and has helped to establish Peters Enterprises, LLC. After she assumed responsibility as president of Peters Enterprises, she has been instrumental in the acquisition of over Thirteen million dollars worth of commercial real estate by Peters Enterprises.
