In order to provide professional services for you, our clients and your pets, we have established the following policies. Payments for walking or sitting services are to be paid in full at the time of booking or on the first day of service. Pet Steps Sitters Inc. accepts checks or cash. On line credit card payment option will soon be established. We must have two (2) working keys at the time of the consultation or provide the sitter with $5 to make a copy for the office. Key drop off/pick up charge of one short visit. (We are bonded* and insured. Your keys will be coded and stored in an safe undisclosed location) All dogs and cats must have identification tag with name and phone number. If you are unable to provide a tag or if you will be unreachable, Pet Steps Sitters Inc. can provide you a tag for your pet with the name of Pet Steps Sitters Inc.’s name and phone number as a contact. Micro-chipping is strongly recommended but not required. *Our company reserves the right to decline services for aggressive animals. Pet Steps Sitters necesita tener dos (2) copias de la llave del lugar donde se va a realizar el servicio, o por el contrario $5 para hacer una segunda copia.
