About the Firm Mr. West was graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Florida State University in 1968 with major studies in Government and minor studies in Economics and Philosophy. He later received a Juris Doctorate degree from The Florida State University College of Law in 1974. In 1969 he was graduated from the Army’s Engineer Officer Candidate School. He received an officer’s commission and served with the United States Army Security Agency. Mr. West was admitted to the practice of law in Florida in 1974, and as well in both state and federal courts and the US Tax Court.
