About Performance Programs Company For over forty years, Performance Programs Company has dedicated itself to providing high quality education to real estate professionals as authors, publishers, custom trainers, program developers, and school managers. Ryan Mettling, partner and publisher of Performance Programs, is an accomplished online curriculum designer, author, and course developer.  He is responsible for the company’s strategic planning, general management, printing and production, e-pub and retail platforms, and multi-channel marketing.  Ryan is a co-author of the Real Estate License Exam Prep (RELEP) Series and Real Estate Math Express.  Mr. Mettling is a member of the Real Estate Educators Association (REEA), and graduated Valedictorian from the University of Central Florida’s College of Business Administration.   His business experience includes serving as former vice president of an internationally-affiliated public relations counseling firm, strategic planner, project manager, and marketing communication and editorial writer/producer for various businesses and organizations. Dan Hamilton is an accomplished, nationally and locally recognized real estate author, trainer, educator and broker with an illustrious career in Texas brokerage practice and real estate education spanning over 25 years. As a broker, Mr. Hamilton owned and operated numerous Century 21 offices in Azle, Burleson and Southwest Fort Worth. He was awarded the honor of the National Who’s Who for business for 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001 Top Office Producer; Certified Relocation Specialist New Agent Trainer; Multi - Million Dollar Club; Top Ten on Board of Realtors, and Member Super Stars Top Producers Group. Marilyn has 40+ years’ credentials in real estate education as well as holding her real estate managing broker’s license in Illinois. Marilyn has been a career real estate prelicense and CE instructor known throughout Illinois and has also authored numerous continuing education courses that have been used throughout the real estate industry.  She has received the Educator of the Year Award from the National Association of Realtors® and from the Association of Illinois Real Estate Educators. Marilyn obtained her Master’s Degree in Adult Education and has earned the AHWD, GRI, CRS, CRB, and PMN designations. As an editorial consultant for Performance Programs Company, Marilyn is dedicated to helping real estate students reach their full potential.  In the business sector, Jeanne has owned and operated a multi–office residential / commercial real estate firm and has been District Director for Century 21 & Prudential Commercial Real Estate.  Jeanne has also served with the FDIC in Boston specializing in sales and loan restructuring, and as Commissioner of the Southeastern Regional Planning and Economic Development District .  Jeanne is licensed as a Massachusetts and Rhode Island Real Estate Broker, ​                                                   Business Administration, and has held the prestigious CCIM designation since 1984. Ed Mathews has been a licensed broker in Tennessee for over 30 years and holds several real estate designations and well as a degree in finance and history. He was a multi-million dollar producer before moving into real estate training and management serving as managing broker for several major firms.  ​During the past two plus decades he has served as a Subject Matter Expert for the real estate commission Exam Review Committee before becoming an Instructor for TREES, Tennessee’s oldest and largest real estate school where he’s now Senior Instructor. In addition Ed has served on and chaired the Tennessee REALTORS Residential Forms Committee as well as consulting with a number of law firms involving real estate litigation including court appearances. Editorial Consultant Donnis Palmer has been a certified instructor of Alabama pre-license, post-license and CE courses for twenty years. She is a senior member of the Alabama Center for Real Estate (ACRE) Leadership Council and a member of the Education Advisory Committee for the Alabama Real Estate Commission.  Donnis is also a past President of the Alabama Real Estate Educator’s Association. Expertise in eLearning technology and adult learning strategies have distinguished her development of state-of-the-art courses at the Career Academy of Real Estate (CARE). Deborah has over twenty years’ marketing and sales experience in the real estate industry. She has been active in Florida facilities management and property management.  In addition, Deborah has been very successful in managing and selling manufactured homes in S.W.Florida.  She has her C.A.M. license in property management. Production ​Lisa DeSpain (Book2Bestseller.com) has been involved in publishing since 1998, first in traditional publishing and then working directly with authors. She brings experience from multiple areas of publishing, including distribution, production,  editorial, marketing and platform building. Lisa’s overriding passion is to assist authors in achieving success in their publishing endeavors.  Lisa has significantly expanded the company’s readership by successfully converting Performance Programs’ titles to digital platforms suitable for use with tablets, Kindle E-readers, iPhones, and Android smartphones. Other Custom Programs Developed by Performance Programs Company  by Mettling and Cusic is a modern learning tool for the student preparing to enter the real estate business as a licensed professional. It contains the essentials of real estate law, principles, and practices taught in real estate schools and colleges across the country, including all those fundamentals that real estate educators, practicing professionals, national testing services, and state licensing officials agree are necessary for basic competence.
