We engaged People2Strategy to develop and implement a talent acquisition plan for the luxury brands in our multi-line dealership. P2S conducted extensive research, specific to this industry as well as within our own organization, in order to ensure that the plan was aligned with our strategic direction. The execution of this plan has proved very successful due to the practical, “hands on” approach from Patricia.

Not having a HR professional on staff I was always scrambling to find the correct and legal methods to hire, manage, carry out evaluations etc. After their audit and follow up recommendations I am much more confident that we are not only compliant legally but their templates have made the HR process a quick and less complicated process to manage.

As a result of the work done with Patricia Sadar we have brought together the management group in a shared commitment to collective results. In addition, their experience within the hospitality sector and clear focus on guest expectations added significant value to the exercise and strengthened the outcomes.
I cannot tell you how great the turn around in morale, productivity and customer service is that we are experiencing as a result of your project with us. We are finally fully staffed and seem to be in a place where that will remain steady for a while. Staff is much happier. They seem to be more energized. They have a better sense of ownership with regard to their day-to-day operations. We have been able to implement almost all of the suggestions that came out of the “Right the First Time” process. The managers are working more collaboratively and with a greater sense of strength.
