We call ourselves Peopledesign to reflect our belief in user-centeredness and collaborative design. People-centered design starts with research to understanding people’s motives, biases, behaviors, beliefs, and goals informs better design solutions. For us, collaboration design isn’t just a buzzword. Collaboration makes us smarter. It’s hard work and the path to great work. We’d like to think that the work speaks for itself – but it doesn’t always. We’ve all heard that “the proof is in the pudding.” The original proverb is closer to “the proof of the pudding is in the eating” – which is about tasting, not looking.
