Patti founded People Connections of Florida LLC to continue her passion for helping people build fulfilling careers and helping organizations build successful recruiting departments. Publix Super Markets, the largest privately-owned company in the nation, hired Patti in 2001 to create a recruiting department. During her 14 years with the company, Patti built a team that helped the award-winning grocer keep its 176,000 positions filled with talented people. Since Publix is in a slim profit-margin industry, Patti had to devise creative, cost-efficient strategies to achieve that goal.
