Charles “Sid” Saunders, a native of San Antonio, Texas, has a strong background in business development and military business relationships. The sole owner of Pendulum Services, he holds a B. S. Degree in Chemistry from Texas A&M University, and an M. S. Degree in Chemistry from the University of Utah. He served as an officer in the U. S. Air Force and is retired from the U. S. Air Force Reserve. Mr. Morehead is currently a business development and project management consultant.   He continues to promote new opportunities through public-private partnerships. Dr Cornette provides a variety of technical and business assistance including identification and assessment of emerging technologies.  He has a broad range of experience in Government, Military, and private enterprise.  Provides a variety of market research and business assistance services including technology assessment, market analysis, concept development, content organization, knowledge navigation and technology transfer Pendulum Services supports technology management by providing special assistance for many activities, including: Pendulum Services works with selected partners to present their products and services to potential customers within government and industry. Pendulum Services may also act as an intermediary, providing services directly to the customer. Pendulum Services utilizes a combination of highly skilled professionals and augments the core capability with an extensive network of advisers and teaming partners, including major defense contractors.
