PEM was founded in 1993 with a duplex in the city of Detroit. With the goal of providing a better apartment living experience, PEM grew to over 4,000 apartment units within 12 years before selling the entire portfolio and moving to Arizona in 2005. PEM Real Estate Group is an American real estate and asset management company with a diverse portfolio of multi-family and commercial properties throughout the United States.
