Pelican Coast Holdings Pelican Coast Holdings was incorporated in 1996 by Bill Cuthbertson and Gene Tonn.  The focus has been on commercial real estate holdings and development.  Prior to 1996, the principles developed one residential project, a 10 acre parcel in Plantation Acres west of 118th Ave between Sunrise and Broward Boulevards. Please view Dr. Leiderman has occupied this 1670 sq. ft. space since March of 2007.  This also was a custom build out to the tenants professional requirements.  The tenant did the layout with Thibeaux Architecture doing the drawings and engineering.  Construction was done by the tenant's contractor.
