I am a user experience evangelist, executive producer, internet technologist, and strategic marketer with 20 years of proven experience building and leading cross-functional design and engineering teams in application interface design, product development, web/eCommerce development, and online marketing. I am currently Vice President of Product Experience at Sumo Logic in Redwood City, CA.  Prior to Sumo, I led a +80 person global UX team at TIBCO with responsibility for designing and building the web and mobile UIs for a wide range of TIBCO products.  I’ve also led product teams, including TIBCO Formvine (www.tibco.com/formvine) which is a cloud-based PaaS product initiative I have taken from initial concept to first revenue in 18 months. From 1996-2001, I built online application, e-commerce and content management web presences as Executive Producer at eMergingMedia in San Francisco, and Eagle River Interactive (now Agency.com). I was Director of Online Services for Hearst Business Publishing in 1995-1996, and spent 1989-1995 at American Express in New York. My education includes an MBA from Columbia University and a BA in Psychology from The University of Pennsylvania.
