Who We Are We are delightful to introduce you Peabody ALF, Inc. Peabody ALF is an Assisted Living Facility located on Jacksonville’s Westside that opened on May 2016. It offers assistance with life’s daily activities, including medication management, assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming. We also provide aid in personal care such as, ambulation, transfers, house-keeping services and personal linen and laundry services. Peabody residents live in a comfortable and spacious room. It has two private rooms and two semi-private rooms specializing in care for the elderly folks. Peabody ALF is dedicated to providing the highest standards of quality service. We guarantee that our residents maintain their privacy, independence, and self-esteem while encouraging them to participate with most activities of daily living to keep them physically, mentally and socially involved. Peabody ALF has been created with the belief that aging is not a loss of youth, instead it is a new phase of opportunity and strength. Nobody can avoid aging, but aging productively is another matter. Here at Peabody Assisted Living Facility, we have dedicated ourselves to providing a home-like residential environment.
