Regina and Joe DeBaise purchased the 3 companies, PDS, PDCS and Sabioso in June of 2013 adding them to their holding company. The DeBaise’s come with 20 years experience in the business world having owned two staffing companies along with several financial entities. Besides building the Holding Company over the last 21 years Regina has worked within MasterCard, Bank of America, Keebler Company and Western Distributing. Regina is a Web Designer and also manages her sons Race Team. Joe has worked at Rocky Flats, Teledyne Ryan Aeronautical; General Dynamics, to name a few and has a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Finance from the University of Northern Colorado. Both Regina and Joe have Top Secret Clearances with the DOD and Joe also has a Top Secret Q Clearance from the DOE and serves as the company’s Facility Security Officer.
