Mr. Dungan joined PDS in February, 2018 as CEO upon the retirement of PDS’ founder, Johan Finley. Mr. Dungan brings more than 27 years of gaming industry experience to the position predominantly with Scientific Games (Bally Technologies, Alliance Gaming) where he held positions which included Vice President of Gaming Operations, Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Business Development. During his 27 year tenure at Scientific Games, Mr. Dungan oversaw the company’s Global Operations unit, was integral in the mergers and acquisitions undertakings of the company, and growth of cutting edge technologies in new and existing domestic and international markets. Mr. Dungan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pittsburgh State University and the rank of Eagle Scout. Ms. Garner-Ball has been with PDS since early 2000 and has held various accounting and internal audit related positions. As CFO, Ms. Garner-Ball oversees the financial aspects of the company, credit review of potential customers, manages the origination and maintenance of the transactions after approval and oversees all financial and lender reporting. Ms. Garner-Ball is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Nevada. Senior Vice President of Domestic Business Development Mr. Burgess started with PDS in 2001 and was promoted to Vice President in 2005 after roles as Corporate Accounts Manager and Director of IT before that. Mr. Burgess brought an extensive background in gaming and technology industries to PDS, and currently maintains a primary focus on new and existing clientele within PDS’ financial portfolio as well as business development. Mr. Burgess utilizes his many years’ experience with finance and lease transactions in various jurisdictions and legal environments to work closely with clients in order to tailor PDS’ products and services to fit their needs. In 2001 Mr. Laman came to PDS from 32 years with the Gaughan family of downtown Las Vegas fame. Through the years Mr. Laman went from the coin room to slot tech to floorman, on to shift boss and finally slot director, where he also took on directorship over valet and surveillance. Mr. Laman oversaw all conflicts in internal affairs and customer relations. In his current capacity, Mr. Laman handles slot equipment sales, rentals and short term contracts, and provides PDS' customers with access to his background of in-depth knowledge of casino floors and equipment. Mr. Berndt, primarily handles the used slot machines purchasing and sales for domestic wholesale distributors and international sales. He has over 21 years of used slot machine purchasing and sales experience. Mr. Berndt graduated from Moorhead State University in Business Administration/Marketing.
