I have been in the construction industry for 21 years, I began my career in Warsaw, IL with a small construction company. When my boss decided to retire I decided to move my family from Keokuk, IA to Panama City, FL. In Panama City my wife and I remodeled 2 houses, one was quite extensive. I found work with a small construction company in Panama City Beach but decided it was time to go out on my own. My specialty is flooring installation (laminate, hardwood and tile) and now also specializing in apartment/condo rehab.
