Meet Russell Budd, CEO & Owner After receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida in 1981, he returned to Naples, becoming a state Certified General Contractor the following year. Through the application of his talents, Russel was able to found PBS Contractors in 1986 and has devotedly managed the general contracting firm ever since. In every project the company undertakes, Russell aims to impact those involved in a way that truly enriches their lives. Always looking for ways to improve, Russell may occasionally be found on the job site checking on the progress, asking questions, and monitoring the company’s projects to ensure they meet his high standards of excellence. Bart Zino joined PBS Contractors as a Project Executive in 1998 and quickly worked his way up to his current position of President. Excelling in his leadership capabilities, Bart works tirelessly to unite his team and push each member to achieve their highest potential. Such guidance, combined with his uncanny ability to comprehend and envision a customer’s desires, has proven integral to the consistent success of PBS.
