Nearly 30 years ago, Bob envisioned a new way to provide payroll & HR technology to small-to-medium sized businesses that focused on powerful technology For over 20 years, Stacey has played an integral role in almost every aspect of the business: product development, service, marketing, strategy & operations. As President, Stacey champions the voice of the customer & the need for relentless innovation. Bill brings over 20 years in finance at technology companies, including CFO of Allscripts, where he helped grow revenue at an annual rate of 25%. As CFO, Bill helps set Paycor’s strategic direction and is responsible for all finance & legal operations. Karen is responsible for scaling Paycor’s people practices in support of its rapid growth and for reinforcing its strong culture across an evolving footprint. Karen has held leadership roles at American Modern, Kendle International, & Convergys. Scott leads a passionate team of sellers dedicated to putting the needs of clients first, and always seeking to understand the unique needs of an organization before proposing a solution. Scott held senior leadership positions at SAP, Salesforce and SAVO. Moneesh leads all aspects of the client experience for Paycor’s 30k+ clients. Moneesh has held general manager and senior executive roles over the span of his 25-year career, with the last 10 years focused on building & operating HCM businesses. Chief Product Officer Ryan is responsible for setting the strategy for Paycor’s HCM suite to meet SMB market needs. Ryan spent 7 years at Ultimate Software, where he served as VP of Product Management. Ryan also held leadership roles at Epicor & SPECTRUM.
