He is responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new investments including building acquisitions and build-to-suit & speculative developments in Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee & Kentucky. His responsibilities also include business development and relationship management with the brokerage community and economic development groups as well as marketing and branding for the company. Ben guided the creation of Pattillo’s construction management department which he continues to oversee and manage. He earned an MBA from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Accountancy from Wake Forest University, graduating with Dean’s List honors. Ben was a Major League Soccer (MLS) professional soccer player with DC United (Washington DC) at the start of his professional career. He transitioned from professional sports to business as a sales and marketing manager with Brach’s Confections out of Chattanooga, TN. He then joined The Conlan Company in Atlanta as a Project Engineer and Project Manager. He joined Pattillo Industrial Real Estate in 2005 as a Leasing Agent and then Director of Leasing & Development before being promoted to Vice President.
