Patriot CNG will begin by targeting all " tethered fleet" operators that currently provide a product or service in a localized area. Fleets that number a minimum of six trucks qualify under our business model. And lastly, as the market evolves and warms up to more widespread use of CNG at the consumer level, Patriot CNG will improve the current distribution network of CNG fueling systems to ensure a seamlessly integrated, low cost, efficient means to provide electricity to many challenged areas at a low cost to end users. Patrick is the founder and CEO of Kerney and Associates, a prominent Mechanical Construction firm, based in South Florida and active throughout the entire Southeastern U.S. A Journeyman Pipefitter since 1987, his hard work and "customer first" philosophy has earned him lifelong customers, some of who are still with Kerney after more than 20 years. Patrick's dedication to giving his customers the highest standard of workmanship has earned the company a superb reputation. Patrick has numerous professional certifications, licenses and is an active member of the South Florida Community. Jay has been a licensed Professional Engineer for over 25 years and founded Oxford Engineering Company in 1991. Under his direction the company has shown steady growth and continues to provide both Engineering & Construction services. Oxford has grown to become a true design/build company for both petroleum and compressed natural gas (CNG) vehicle fueling systems. Jay's expertise includes fueling system design, permitting and general construction. Oxford is actively designing and building CNG vehicle-fueling systems in the Northeast region of the United States. Jay has successfully designed and built numerous CNG projects for more than seven years. A Journeyman Pipefitter for over 30 years, Tony is the founder and President of Allstates Mechanical, Ltd, a successful construction firm in business since 1992. Under his leadership, Allstates has thrived in a highly competitive market by exceeding clients' expectations. Tony has developed solid experience in federal, state and municipal projects and has been often called in to rescue troubled or failing projects. Allstates has completed work on CNG Fueling Stations and has significant experience in high-pressure gas work. Tony is recognized as a leader in the pipe trades. Allstates Mechanical, Ltd, is one of the premier Mechanical Construction firms in the Philadelphia Area.
