Our Sister Company was Formed Two friends, Gary Uber and Karen Baldwin Wheeler, had a passion for helping people and experience in healthcare. Together they founded Family Private Care, Inc., serving Martin and Palm Beach counties. To continue making the biggest impact possible, we decided it was time to move to the west coast of Florida and opened our first office in Tampa.
