If Parr Recovery receives a request to disclose all or any Confidential Information under the terms of a valid and effective subpoena or order issued, Parr Recovery will immediately notify our client of the existence, terms and circumstances surrounding such a request, consult with our client on the advisability of taking legally available steps to resist or narrow such request, and if disclosure of such information is required, Parr Recovery will exercise, at our client’s expense, our best efforts to obtain an order or other reliable assurance that confidential treatment will be accorded to such portion of the information which our client designates.
