I am a proud mother of one teenager, wife of a retired Soldier and a combat Veteran. After serving in the United States Army, I transitioned to my passion: helping others. I graduated with my Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California and began my work helping others.
Whether you are a mother who just sent your last child off to college and are dealing with feelings of emptiness or you are a widower who spent the past 30 years married to the love of your life. I can help. What if you are in the workforce striving to earn a promotion in a challenging workplace or just getting back to life after a divorce. I am here to meet you wherever you are in life.
My approach to therapy is directive yet positive, encouraging the client focus on successes and the use of one’s own strengths to help achieve goals.
