No one rushed us at 5am when we dropped off our vehicle or 7pm the next week when we picked up. The car wash was a major bonus :) Easy, online prepayment, very helpful and friendly drivers and prompt shuttles that drop you right at your car so no wandering around a parking lot alone late at night. First time and I was pleased with the experience!
