In 2008, he founded Paradym Group, Inc. which started with just under 200 talent in the first year, and now has grown to a well-respected Talent & Entertainment Agency with over 4300 talent nationwide. His newest endeavor with the company includes serving as an executive producer for a pilot comedy television series, "Promo Life". Brandt continues to focus on producing more for film and television, including an upcoming competition/reality pilot and a feature film in late 2013. John Hollaway, is an Orlando, Florida native that started in the entertainment business as a child and developed the passion for the business he has today. He eventually landed a job as a talent executive for a large entertainment agency, which inspired him to build his own talent agency and entertainment company. John's most recent accomplishments with Paradym Group, Inc. include an Executive Producer role on a television comedy pilot episode, produced in L.A.. In addition he and his partner, Brandt Myers are working as Producers on a competition/ reality pilot show, along with a feature film, in the late 2013. They continue to do production and work to provide opportunities that may help others to achieve their dreams in entertainment. After managing various promos, events, conventions, and models with her own, "Christine Bradley Model & Talent Agency", she was able to build solid professional relationships with major brands and fortune 500 companies. Shannon adds to the valuable services and reputation Paradym Group has brought to the industry.
