The Regional Channel Manager is responsible for recruiting, qualifying, signing, ramping and building partner relationships with Value Added Resellers (VARs), Master Agents, and Agents within an assigned territory, to resell PanTerra's award-winning services. The Regional Channel Manager must be able to recruit new partners, as well as manage existing partner relationships. The territory will be based on geographic location/proximity and will require some traveling to both partners as well as potential end-user customer locations. The Regional Channel Manager must be able to demonstrate PanTerra services to partners and end customers, negotiate contracts, provide detailed and timely sales reports, drive revenue with partners, close end-customer deals with new partners and provide timely communications to headquarters, partners and potential customers. This role requires strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills combined with a keen sense of drive and determination to generation recurring revenue for the assigned territory. This is a hunter position, not a farmer position. The Regional Channel Manager must be able to mine territories to sell unified cloud services to Mid-Market Enterprises (MME). Develop new prospects based on rolodex and company supplied leads Conduct in-depth product presentations to both partners and potential customers Record accurate prospect and customer data in company CRM Provide high level of customer service to ensure client's complete satisfaction Experience selling into the Mid-Market Enterprise is a big plus Competitive with startups including base salary, variable commission plan, equity and health benefits. A PanTerra Sales Engineer is responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process for the all our partners. Using a consultative approach, the Sales Engineer will design customer solutions based on customer feature requirements and network infrastructure. He/She will work in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for all our cloud products and services. The Sales Engineer must be able to articulate Cloud, Unified Communications, File-Sharing, and networking technologies and position them to both business and technical users while establishing and maintaining strong relationships throughout the sales cycle. Sales Engineers are also responsible for the technical training, which includes PanTerra cloud products, and best practices of end-user provisioning to our valued partner community. The Sales Engineer will get directly involved with end customers and must possess excellent end customer relationship skills. Primary responsibilities will include support to all Sales with technical aspects of opportunities for an internationally deployed cloud service that includes unified communications, file sync & share, contact center and business analytics services. Candidate will be responsible for managing and performing customer deployments from quote acceptance to post production. Strong ability to demonstrate all aspects of PanTerra's cloud products, including end-user and administrative features. Services include unified communications, file sync & share, business analytics, contact center, VoIP, conferencing, web collaboration, fax, call center and messaging services. Gather customer requirements and understand how to position PanTerra cloud products correctly Must build long lasting and productive relationships with PanTerra partner community Provide technical training for PanTerra partner community including best practices for project management and customer onboarding/deployment Continually gather, understand, and document commonly requested or critical feature requirements such that they can be evaluated for product roadmap inclusion Provide assistance to the Support and Client Services Departments Take part in technical project discussions to reduce cost, improve service, and provide innovative business solutions consistent with PanTerra's overall business strategies
